There was a misunderstanding with our first attempt to clean out my Mom’s house prior to putting it up for sale. I’m really not sure if that was Junk Jaws’ or the realtor’s fault.We made an appointment for the following Saturday, and they arrived as expected. Jose and Jose were very patient and helpful working with my Mom, sister and myself. This had been my Mom’s home for 49 years.I appreciate how thorough and patient they were. We needed to be sure we addressed everything that needed to stay or go, and they were patient while we discussed, and quick to act when we decided. We never felt rushed, or like they were just trying to get out of there.I would definitely consider using Junk Jaws for a job like this in the future!

These guys were great! I called for a quote… they were quick to respond and prices were very fair and affordable! I got a new sofa, and needed my old ones out. They came at the time window that they were supposed to, and there was even a tracker that you could follow that would constantly update, so you could get an accurate idea of arrival. When they came, they were fast, friendly, and efficient. They process was very easy, and was very happy with the service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Recently, our team took on a massive whole-house cleanout in Chicago, tackling decades’ worth of accumulated furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous items. Despite the fact that the home remains in a state of disrepair and still has some filth, clearing out all that clutter has transformed the space. The process involved filling multiple truckloads with decades of possessions, leaving behind a raw canvas.
