We price by volume — how much space your items take up in the truck, as a quarter, half, three-quarter, or full load — plus any heavy or specialty materials. Because that depends on what you have, we give you a firm, no-obligation number on site before we lift a finger, and you approve it first.

Yes. We confirm the price on-site once we can see the actual pile, and you approve it before any loading starts. The number you approve is the number you pay — labor, hauling, and disposal included.

Yes. Every job carries a minimum that covers drive time, crew labor, and disposal, so a single-item pickup still has a floor price. Bundling items into one trip always lowers your cost per piece.

All lifting, loading, hauling, and standard dump fees are built into your quoted price. Specialty items can carry an extra disposal fee at the transfer station — mattresses, Freon appliances, electronics, and heavy debris are the common ones — and any of those are disclosed and quoted before loading starts.

Transportation is included, so there are no separate trip charges for most jobs. We cover Chicago and surrounding Chicagoland communities including Oak Park, Elmwood Park, Elmhurst, Arlington Heights, Bloomingdale, Glenview, Hinsdale, La Grange, Lombard, River Forest, and Rosemont. Locations outside our standard dispatch zone may carry a higher minimum, and we tell you before booking.

Dense debris such as concrete, brick, tile, dirt, and roofing shingles is priced by weight instead of truck space. A small pile can weigh as much as a full truck of furniture, so those loads are quoted separately.

No. Standard jobs are priced by the volume your items occupy in the truck, not by the clock. Very large cleanouts that run past roughly two hours of labor may include an added labor charge, and we tell you upfront if that applies.

It can. Basement, attic, and upper-floor removals take more crew time, especially in older Chicago homes with narrow stairs. Moving items to the garage or curb ahead of time is the easiest way to lower your total.

They're different services. A dumpster means you do all the lifting and loading yourself, and a container sits in your driveway or on the street for days, sometimes with a permit to arrange. With full-service removal our crew does the lifting, loading, hauling, donating, and recycling, and the job is finished in a single visit — usually within a couple of hours.
